REGISTRATION for 2011-2012

We are honored to begin our seventeenth year serving the Winston-Salem community.  We value the opportunity to teach your child and appreciate your choosing In Motion Dance Center to meet your dancer’s needs.  We believe that we have an outstanding dance faculty, and we will strive to not only challenge your child but to also motivate and inspire in a highly positive fashion. 

Accepting Registrations

We are accepting registrations from returning and new dance students. The 2011 - 2012 dance class year will begin TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 6, 2011.

1. Registration Form - Fill out one registration form per student
   • Registration Form in pdf format - print the form and complete
   • Registration Form in MS Word 2007 format - complete the form and print
2. Be sure to read the registration form carefully. 
• An important part of your fall registration is the decision of what type of class(es) your student may wish to take and what class selections would be appropriate.  Please use the registration form as a guide to help in your decisions. 
• Notice the age restrictions beside the type of class. 
• DO NOT LEAVE Class Times and Class Days BLANK - The class schedules are based upon the information you list on the times and days section.
3. Class placement is on a first come, first serve basis, and class size is limited.  It is of great importance that we place students in the best possible class level for their continued advancement.  In order to do this well, we ask that you register as soon as possible.The earlier you register the more likely your class day and time will be as you request.  
4. Fill out one registration form per student and mail your form(s) with the applicable registration fee to:

5. FALL LETTERS OF CONFIRMATION WILL BE MAILED BEGINNING THE FIRST PART OF JULY.  THIS CONFIRMATION WILL EXPLAIN PLACEMENT LEVEL, CLASS REQUIREMENTS AND YOUR CLASS SCHEDULE.  

FALL CLASSES BEGIN TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 6, 2011.
