2010 Summer Dance Camps & Classes
In Motion Dance Center offers both weekly dance classes as well as two specialized dance camps specifically to challenge the intermediate dancer of ages 8-12.

Two Fantastic Camp Options Available Simultaneously! By offering both Musical Theatre Camp and Ballet Camp concurrently, In Motion Dance Center will provide intermediate dancers the experience of two challenging camps with performance opportunities while only taking 2 weeks of your summer vacation plans. Both camps will be held from July 12-23, 2010.

Past Musical Theatre productions include: Don Quixote, Coppelia, Hansel and Gretel, Alice in Wonderland, Peter Pan, The Wizard of Oz, Snow White, Cinderella, Aladdin and The Little Mermaid.
In Motion Dance Center is requiring a minimum of 10 students enrolled for each camp in order for the camps to be held. We will accept a maximum of 24 students in either camp. Both camps will conclude with a performance. One show will be on Thursday, July 22, and the other on Friday, July 23—exact details to be determined.
Dancers may choose to enroll in one or both camps. We encourage enrollment in both which will facilitate the highest progress in all forms of dance technique; therefore, we have scheduled a time of 12:30-1:30 daily for lunch and rest (this will apply only for those enrolled for both camps.)
There is no registration fee. A 50% deposit of the total camp cost will be due at the time of registration. (Inquire about a special rate for 2 or more family members.) The only additional cost will be minimal, if any, for costume, tights or shoes needed for the performance. As always, our summer shows are free of charge. You will receive a camp confirmation by June 1, 2010 which will contain information about dance attire, hair and shoe requirements as well as instructions regarding snacks and lunch.
Summer WEEKLY CLASS Information
These classes are an excellent opportunity for new dancers to begin their training or for current dancers to continue their training. Classes will be offered for a five-week session from
JULY 13 – AUGUST 12. The tuition rate listed below is for the five-week session.
- 1 class per week for 1 student: Total cost is $50.00.
- 2 classes per week for 1 student or a family of 2 students each taking 1 class: Total cost is $76.00.
- 3 classes per week for 1 student or a family of 2 or more students taking a total of 3 classes: Total cost is $98.00.
There is no registration fee required for summer classes; however, a 50% deposit of the total cost for tuition is due at the time of registration.
We must have at least 6 dancers enrolled for any class or that particular class will be cancelled.
