ADULT FITNESS CLASSES

DETAILS

We will be offering six week sessions on Wednesdays and Fridays from 12:00-1:00 for small group personal training. Wednesday classes will be Pilates/Yoga. Get ready to be challenged through strength, balance, core and muscle endurance. Friday classes will be Cardio Fit. This class is geared towards improving overall fitness through techniques such as; intervals, strength, and core training. Both classes will also include flexibility and stretching. Participants will need a set of five pound weights.

DATES

To launch this new program we will offer “2 free weeks” of classes for you to come and try: February 6 & 8 and February 13 & 15. Our 6 week sessions will be:

WINTER SESSION: FEBRUARY 20 – MARCH 31
SPRING SESSION: APRIL 24 – MAY 31

PRICING

1 class per week (Wednesday or Friday) – $84.00 for 6 week session
2 classes per week (Wednesday & Friday) – $168.00 for 6 week session
9 classes total (your choice of Wednesday and/or Friday during 6 week session) – $126.00 for the 9 classes
