WELCOME TO IN MOTION DANCE CENTER!
We are excited to welcome you to the IMDC family!
It is hard to believe our 30th season is here! We are so excited to see your dancers & begin a wonderful new year of dance.
Please be sure your dancer arrives in correct attire (see attire chart linked below), hair in a neat bun for all Level 1, 2, 3 and 4 Ballet classes or hair secured away from the face in a ponytail for ages 2.5-6 and classes other than Ballet.
You are welcome to drop off your dancer and leave them if they are able to use the bathroom independently (encourage using the bathroom before class!)
Please be prompt at drop off and pick up as teachers typically go directly into another class. We have large observation windows to view classes if you would like to stay and watch! Please do not open the studio room door or enter the studio room once your child is in class to avoid classroom disruption.
Dancers should only bring a dance bag with their shoes in it if needed & water in a leakproof water bottle. No other drinks or food are allowed in studio rooms.
We send all need-to-know information via email. Please be sure to watch for In Motion emails to stay up to date with important information such as: studio closings, Recital information, events & opportunities!
We do not allow our classes and rehearsals to be videotaped without prior approval by the Director.

+ SUMMER DEPOSIT: If you have registered for summer programs, as a reminder the deposit will draft within 1-3 business days with the card on file. If the deposit does not successfully draft, we will hold the spot for 1 week to resolve payment. Deposits are non-refundable but are transferable to another program. Parents will receive a welcome letter with attire requirements, what to bring and additional information ONE WEEK before the camp or class begins.
+ FALL REGISTRATION: Annual registration fees will be processed via the payment method on file within 3 business days of registration. Non-refundable registration fees are as follows: $35.00 Individual or $55.00 Family.
+ TUITION: Tuition will draft on the 11th of each month via the card on file with a 2.89% service fee. $15 late fees will be assessed on the 15th if tuition has not been paid. If you prefer to pay tuition by cash or check to avoid the draft and service fee, we must have your tuition payment by the 10th of the month to avoid the automatic draft. If you are joining after the 11th of the month – our tuition draft has already happened. Your tuition will within a week of registration after your first. We prorate based on your start date.
